The Galvan Estate is a custom built luxury estate located just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. With four spacious bedrooms, this 3,000 square foot home is situated on an enclosed three quarter acre lot providing complete privacy. All additional bedrooms contain queen beds. Two of the three guest rooms have private baths and walk-in closets with built-in dressers. They all have ceiling fans and 40″ LCD TV’s.

The private backyard contains one of the largest free-form salt water pools in Palm Springs! It is surrounded by lush landscaping, including an array of palm trees, queen palms, mesquite trees and grass. Pool features include a beach entry, tanning ledge, bench seating, a raised spa, multiple spillways, a double-sided waterfall, and multi-color lighting. Additionally, there are five bar stools inside the pool next to a swim up fire pit. Also in the backyard is a sunken beach sand volleyball pit. There is a full basketball court and a three-hole putting green. A large fire pit with bench seating accommodates ten people and is a great place to relax and have a glass of wine while taking in the view of the mountains. There is also a BBQ island with a 46″ gas grill with additional components. The 720 sq. ft. covered entertainment area in the backyard contains a cocktail bar, refrigerator, ice cooler, sink, two flat screen TV’s, and Kegorator.
